Kundalini Kriya to purify the Self. This kriya energizes you and helps purify the mind and body. It will make that you keep your energy together and prevent you from getting drained. Do this for 11 days in a row. If it feels good, make it 40 days. Please take long timing Savasana (resting pose in the end), maybe 7 to 15 minutes, for the body really to integrate the exercises.
